Mostafa is a professional engineer who is passionate about structural engineering. He works alongside Noah as a structural designer and project manager. He achieved a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering in Cairo, Egypt and has a Doctorate degree from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB, Canada where he also teaches engineering. His research is published in multiple peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. Mostafa has over 14 years of experience in the engineering consulting profession and has worked on high profile projects with architects, owners, contractors, other engineers and professionals in many countries including Canada, United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Mostafa’s expertise in the design of tall-buildings includes projects using reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and wood framing. Some of the notable projects he has worked on include a new 40-story residential building in downtown Winnipeg, a 280 000 ft² expansion to Winnipeg convention centre and structural restoration of a multi-story parking structure in the downtown area of Winnipeg. He finds it rewarding to share knowledge and help others succeed. His commitment to high standards and friendly approach towards others has helped him influence people and build trust.
